Small storefront UX flags — the first-visit welcome guide and the promo announcement bar — both runtime, default-off, ecommerce-only.

Welcome guide (welcomeGuide)
A first-visit welcome modal that orients new shoppers (and shows off the shop). Shown once per visitor; off by default so it never surprises an existing storefront.
Announcement bar (announcementBar)
A dismissible promo banner pinned to the top of the storefront — free-shipping thresholds, sales, launch messaging. Content is editable; off by default.
